We are an English married couple , who have many happy memories of
visiting Cyprus over the years.
In 2002 , we sold our home in Shropshire, England, to move to our new home in
the village of Pervolia, Larnaca.
Where Pervolia
Home Services (our dream) finally became a reality. We provided property
management and maintenance services in Larnaca and up to Protaras and
Ayia Napa. Our business continued to thrive and in 2004 ,we opened our first
office in the village of Pervolia. The rental market was in high demand for good
quality holiday rental properties from larnaca up to the east coast areas of
Protaras and Ayia Napa. The success of Pervolia Home Services made us determined
to offer property owners the best of both worlds.
Our websites now provide us with over 250,000 hits per month for holiday
properties available for rent on the east coast areas. We have now relocated to
the east coast , and our online holiday rental and management services are well
received and we continue to grow and develop through repeat business, word of
